What clients are saying:

After dealing with thryoid and fertility issues for years, I have finally found a practitioner who guides me down an empowering path of alternative remedies. After a few sessions with Cathie, my thyroid has regulated and I feel that my fertility issues are beginning to resolve-all without invasive procedures. The precious gift from Cathie is helping me re-claim control over my body by utilizing my energy as a healing power and I can do this facing any challenge in any location.

S. Green, Ph.D. Richmond, B.C.

I observed Cathie growing in her work for 7 years.  She first started practicing foot reflexology on a few Seniors at a Wellness Clinic that I was coordinating at the Steveston Community Centre.  Her sessions became so popular, we had to hire more reflexologists, and this increased the healing vibration at our clinics.  As Cathie moved into more work with Cranial Sacral Therapy, her clients changed and her list of regulars grew.
During these years, I was on a path of self discovery through my yoga practice.  I experienced  many changes, upheavals and some personal loss in my life.  The sessions I had on Cathie's table in her lovely home studio were nothing short of life changing.  She helped me to accept my role as a daughter and mother, and to lay my "guilt" aside.  I actually changed the channel that my mind had been on, and was able to move ahead in my life with a positive outlook, and a more compassionate attitude about my past.
She is a compassionate practitioner, yet she made me dig deep and work hard on that table!  I often shed a bucket of tears, but always came away with a huge smile on my face and a lighter step.

Thanks Cathie.  I wish you many blessings in your work and your life on Saltspring Island.
I love your address, Shepherd Hills Road.  You are a shepherd, herding your friends and clients toward a "feel better"  ground.

Namaste,
Margie Hardy

Cathie and Aya (auntie = caregiver) treating an infant in a rural Chinese orphanage. Many infants are abandoned due to lack of means to pay for treatment of health problems. I asked myself why there are so many abandoned children in the world.....an answer came to me while receiving a Craniosacral treatment for myself.......orphans come in waves to earth to increase COMPASSION. I somehow could sense the truth to this and felt great emotion and waves of compassion through my own self in response.
